This device was created by Dream — one of the seven Endless, who are inconceivably powerful beings older and greater than gods. Dream is both lord and personification of all dreams and stories. This copper and glass pendant detects the deepest fears of a being and projects a convincing illusion of it at said being — in their dreams or in the material world. Originally intended to help sentients overcome their fears, this relic can neutralize the toughest of foes without physically harming them.
