There is a world of dragons on an astral plane called Drakonus. These resin figurines were created by a high council of those dragons in collaboration with a powerful order of mages known as Protectores Terrae (Earth protectors). When the name of an astral dragon is called by the wearer it is summoned to our plane for a time, with the powers of its earthly counterpart. They cannot be destroyed here. If severely hurt, they will simply dematerialize and be sent back to their realm.
