Manannán mac Lir’s Land Locator

$110.00

Irish sea god, Manannán mac Lir created this sterling silver and labradorite pendant as an act of solidarity during the slave revolts of the Middle Passage. It magically repaired ships and guided captives who overran the ships to safe landing spots. It was passed down from many generations until the early 1900s when its owner wished it magically transported and gifted to a Jewish man who used its powers to escape — with as many children his vessel could carry — from the clutches of Nazi soldiers. They sailed to Ireland. Decades later, the pendant made its way to the United States.
